melbourne escapades
I thought I'd share a bit of my trip to Melb with you all, as I've just downloaded some of the photos I took down there.
This is my cousin Wendy's silly and bratty dog Astro. He's an old man now, about 8 years old. At this point it was late and he was sleepy.
Much of the trip before Jenni came down on the 27th involved waiting around at my uncle's place doing a lot of nothing. It wasn't too bad as I spent a great deal of it annoying my bro. As you can see, I was highly motivated while doing nothing at this point.. :)
When Jenni came down to Melb, we went down to Mornington to visit the Strawberry Farm, and had this cool Devonshire Tea thingy. The scones went down well and I made sure to finish all of the delicious jam. Man I'm getting hungry just thinking of it now. How cool is the teapot jacket thingy?!
This is my cousin Kevin (left) and my chunky bro, doing their best to look as charming as possible. My bro likes showing off his false teeth. He does well when he scares little kids with it by telling them what happens when you eat too much sweets. Ehehehe.
The spectacular drive back, with me at the wheel for part of the time. Jenni took quite a few random photos in the car of the countryside. They were pretty random.
My bro pointed this out on our last stop before we got back to Sydney at Gundagai. If you're only glancing at the pic, look closely at the front wheel and bumper. Such a brilliant parking job.. :) The driver must have been itching for a coffee!
Well, that was a sample of my Melb trip quick smart. If there are good pics on Jen's camera, I'll put those up, otherwise the next lot I show will be camp photos or my Aus Open trip! (Which I'll photo-blog from definitely!)
